By accessing or using ThreadSpark (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is a SaaS tool that provides scheduling, auto-publishing, and management features for posts on the Meta Threads platform. The Service operates through the official Threads API provided by Meta.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the policies set forth by Meta/Threads. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, spam, or in violation of Meta/Threads' terms of service.
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Business), you will be charged a monthly fee based on your selected plan. Payments are processed via Stripe by credit card. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued.
The intellectual property rights in the Service and its content and features belong to ThreadSpark. You retain ownership of the content you post through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". ThreadSpark is not liable for damages resulting from changes to the Threads API specifications, outages of the Meta/Threads platform, or actions taken by Meta/Threads against your account.
ThreadSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall ThreadSpark's total liability exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
ThreadSpark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
